W00T! Im so happy! I just won an award in a Poetry Competition. The topic was the ACSian Expreience, and I managed to get a merit award for it. Its like really crappy and full of crap and it was written when I was feeling crapped up with schoolwork. But I must really credit and thank Miss Koh for all that she has taught me and it has really given me a boost in ACS. You will notice that I used Miss Koh's decription of 6I, and probably impressed the judges? =) I'll just show you la...Getting my prize from Drong on friday...In casual wear because of Youth Day...Geez... Ok lets not dilly and dally and read on.

The ACSian Experience

Graduating from primary school,
Integrating into a Secondary one,
Forlorn and nostalgic without old friends
Embarking on this ACSian Experience.

My home now ACS (I),
With so many great teachers,
Have taught me much, much more
Then I ever knew before.

History, Geography and Literature and all so new to me,
Without my teachers where would I be?
Other subjects have become harder,
So are some teachers on us than others.

Classmates from all the world,
Widen greatly my friendship circle.
Some loyal, others funny or wacky,
So many personalities to see on my journey.

A school which is CCA-oriented,
The ‘creme de la creme cultivated.
Only excellence is achieved in all there is,
No school can beat us in this.

The ACSian experience continues,
Teaching us more knowledge and values,
Becoming true Scholars, Officers and Gentlemen,
To help in the future as a Global Citizen.
